- IPS Drug Testing has just completed its 5 years in business. We all acknowledge that it was only possible because of the trust you put in us and your support. THANK YOU!
- Please welcome Racheal who just joined our team. Racheal is an Applied Science graduate from Macomb and she worked as Surgical Technician before joining IPS. She is a superstar!
Highlights:
- We have been growing steadily at 15% a year, almost all through referrals. This is due to our quality and responsiveness of service and going that extra mile to take care of our clients
- As of now, we have approximately 1000 clients ranging from owner operators to very large companies with 300+ trucks. We manage random drug tests for approximately 20,000 drivers
- We developed and rolled out an enterprise TPA application that helps us manage our business end to end with speed and accuracy. It is used to track all tests, reports, stats (MIS), invoices, drivers, randoms and many other critical tasks required by DOT random management. It also helps all admin work that we need to do in order to support our clients.
- We have rolled out a client portal which can be used to see reports, driver list, random notification, and invoices. It is also used to request drug tests.
Future Plan:
- HR Onboarding: We are rolling out an additional module by end of Aug to help your driver on-boarding process. This HR On-boarding module is seamlessly integrated with the current Drug Testing module used today. The system has the following functionality. - Step by step onboarding starting with on-line application from drivers
- Drug test requests and Pre-employment test results
- Query management
- SAP program administration
- Distribute transportation and safety documents and assign them to drivers
- This system is open which can be customized to meet your business requirements in HR on-boarding or any other critical steps
- Consulting: As of April 2024, we have introduced the following consulting services due to a significant number of requests from clients
- Conduct Queries Annual and Pre-employment
- Enroll companies in Clearinghouse and FMCSA
- Manage SAP program
- Social Media: We have rolled out a FB account which is integrated with IPS Drug Testing website. We have started actively managing the page to keep our clients informed about IPS and Drug Testing Updates. It will take a few weeks to increase followers.
