- IPS Drug Testing has won 2024 Michigan’s Best Business award based on customer satisfaction, growth, and contribution to local economy. This is a big achievement for us and we are looking forward to winning more accolades in the upcoming years
- Please welcome Sarah who just joined our team in September. Sarah has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, MI. Sarah has picked up a large section of days to day support for IPS Drug Testing very quickly and has been instrumental to providing Quality Customer support.
What is going on at IPS:
- IPS has been growing steadily at 15% a year, almost all through referrals. This is due to our quality and responsiveness of service and going that extra mile to take care of our clients needs. We have acquired 29 new clients in 3Q and during 4Q, we gained 24 new ones from referrals and directly from the website.
- As of now, we have approximately 850 active clients and growing. We have clients ranging from owner operators to very large companies with 300+ trucks. We manage random drug tests for approximately 20,000 drivers.
- We developed and rolled out an enterprise TPA application that helps us manage our business end to end with speed and accuracy. We have been continually enhancing the software to handle various business situation to provide better and faster support to our clients. Our end to end application is used to track all tests, reports, stats (MIS), invoices, drivers, random and many other critical tasks required by DOT random management. It also helps all admin and support work that we need to do in order to run the business and support our clients.
- We have also enhanced our client portal which can be used to see reports, add/edit/delete driver list, view random notifications, invoices, and make payments. It is also used to request drug tests.
- HR Onboarding: We have just released the first version of our HR On-boarding Software. It is seamlessly integrated with the current IPS Drug Testing Application. This software will allow driver apply on-line and help you document and keep track of ALL DOT hiring requirements through an Onboarding Dashboard.

- Manage SAP program to make sure all required steps are taken
- Social Media: We have rolled out a FB account which is integrated with IPS Drug Testing website. We have started actively managing the page to keep our clients informed about IPS and Drug Testing Updates. It will take a few weeks to increase followers.
