We have electronic access to test lab software that allows us to set tests for your driver (ePassport) quickly. It also helps generate reports and take follow up actions quicly without compromising quality of service.
We have agreements with over 800 collection sites or clinics across the US. They are all ready to go. When we get a test request from you, we can select any of these clinics and send your driver to the closest or most convenient within a few mile radius from his location. It helps quick specimen collection and reduces probability of contamination.
We have over 1000 clients ranging from vary large transportation companies to small ones with independent drivers. For larger clients, we have set up their own random pools. You are an independent operator or have a small company to have your own pool? Don’t worry! We can add you to our own consortium to handle your needs and keep you DOT compliant.
We take care of your random pool generation as required by DOT through your own pool or through the consortium quarterly. We send this list of drivers quarterly or based on your business needs. We also keep all test records secured for multiple years as required by law and generate statistical reports for DOT audits.
Our entire business has been streamlined for efficiency and it is managed using an end to end software. This software helps us keep track of test reports, randoms, drivers, stats, and MRO results. We will have a version of this software for your use where you can upload and update your drivers, access reports, stats, and randoms. We are testing this software now with an tentative release date of Aug 2020.
